HOW TO TAKEBee Bread can be mixed and consumed with your favourite health foods however its highest beneficial effect is reached when it's taken on its own by either chewing or slowly dissolving in your mouth. For daily health support, one teaspoon of Makoshen per day is enough to maintain well-being, give energy, provide beneficial nutrients, and support your immunity.

WHEN TO TAKEMakoshen is best consumed anytime before lunch. It is also recommended to avoid taking it in the evening or before night time since Makoshen may have a strong energizing effect and interfere with individual's sleep pattern.

HOW TO STOREMakoshen does not require special storage conditions or refrigerating. It is best kept in a cool, dark place, below 25°C.
