We ship all our orders using Australia Post services, offering both Standard and Express delivery options for your convenience.
All orders qualify for free shipping when using Standard service.

Standard shipping provides a reliable and cost-effective option, while Express shipping ensures faster delivery for urgent orders. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details to monitor its progress. If you have any special shipping requests, please contact us or leave us a message at the checkout, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
Each order is carefully packaged to ensure the safe arrival of our Bee Bread products, protecting them from damage during transit. We strive for prompt order fulfillment, typically dispatching within 1-2 business days of purchase.

At this stage we only ship our products Australia-wide (incl. Tasmania). If you wish to purchase our products for an overseas delivery and require any special arrangement or a custom quote, please send us an email to info@makoshen.com.au or message us using our contact form. Kindly include your exact address, product names and quantities. We will then review your request and advise a recommended quantity (MOQ) and an efficient method of delivery for your order.
Change Of Mind Returns
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your product. Please note that buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the product is not returned in its original condition, or any portion of it appears to have been used/consumed, any loss in value will be the responsibility of the buyer and the buyer will not be eligible for a refund.
Product Quality Guarantee
We take great pride in the quality and freshness of our Makoshen Bee Bread. If you happen to receive a product that appears to be expired, spoiled, or otherwise not in the expected condition, we're happy to offer a full refund or replacement. To qualify for such return, the product shall not be consumed (remain unused) and reported to us within 30 days. If you notice any issues with freshness or quality, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you. Your satisfaction and trust in our products are our top priorities.
